4-H

These are some pictures I took of Lillian, she is almost 8 months now and is getting a tooth! :)

This past year was our second year in 4-H. Our leader decided that she can't be our leader anymore so our club disbanded.

Earlier this month we went to a new club that was...ummm...very interesting. The meeting itself was about 2 minutes long...this meeting is called to order. last month we worked on our record books. next month is the club banquet. meeting adjourned... and that was the meeting. Our meetings were close to an hour usually so that was quite a change. The oldest kid in this club was like Pete's age and there was about 12 people besides our family there including the leaders, parents, members, cloverbuds, and little kids.

Last Monday us and our friends we going to go to another club. We got there and no one was there. We waited awhile and then (the place that club meets at moved to a new building) went to the old building...no one was there. Then we decided we could just go to the one across the street at the school. So we went and drove around the school. We saw dancers, swimmers, and a football game but we couldn't find a 4-H club. My dad went and asked someone who happened to be the janitor and he said that they met in the cafeteria. We waited in the parking lot for a while and talk to our friends. Different people kept suggesting that we go watch football. Or we could go scare the swimming people by standing outside the windows and watching them. (There were big windows all around the pool :).

My mom called the leader for the club that meets across the street from the school and she said that they were having their meeting a different day this month and the other club was too.

The leader told my mom all about the club and it sounds good. I hope we go to it. My parents still haven't decided which one we are going to but they have to do it soon because one of the clubs meets in the beginning of the month.
